This policy explains what information Yourbio, operated by Alpha Node Technologies, collects, why, and who we share it with.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address.
• Project content: the biographical answers, family tree details, and any photos, videos, or voice recordings you upload to build a film.
• Contributor content: if you invite family or friends to contribute, the name and answers they submit through your invite link.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor (Paddle, and/or Razorpay) — we never see or store your card details.
• Usage data: basic technical data (like your login session) needed to keep you signed in and the app working.

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Generate your film’s story plan and narration using AI.
• Render, store, and deliver your finished film and its preview.
• Process payments for plan unlocks, gifts, storage top-ups, and the Family Archive subscription.
• Send transactional emails (like gift notifications and password resets).
• Respond to support requests.

3. Who we share it with

We share what’s necessary with the third parties that help us run Yourbio, and nobody else. We never sell your data. These processors include:

• AI providers (such as OpenAI), to generate your story plan and narration text.
• ElevenLabs, to generate spoken narration audio for your film.
• Paddle and/or Razorpay, to process payments and subscriptions.
• Cloud hosting and storage providers, to run the app and store your uploaded media and rendered films.

4. Sharing to GreatLife

Your film and project details are never made public unless you explicitly choose to share the finished film to GreatLife, Yourbio’s own showcase, after downloading it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your project content for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its content at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing sales@alphanodetech.com.

7. International transfers

Because our processors (AI, narration, payment, and hosting providers) operate internationally, your data may be processed in countries other than your own.

8. Children

Yourbio is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; continued use of Yourbio after a change means you accept the update.
